Description of the issue
We recall that we discussed at some point that it makes sense to be able to also link to external datasets in some cases. This may make sense when people publish data elsewhere but provide scenario bundle information on the OEP as required in the 8th EFP.
Ideas of solution
Allow for external IRI and external dataset name for input and output data under "scenario".
