Disclaimer on the liability of data license information on the OEP

Description of the issue

The publication of data on the OEP is bound to an open data licence. We cannot guarantee that all uploaded datasets actually fulfil this requirement.

Ideas of solution

For mitigation and transparency, we should introduce a disclaimer that is visible on every published table.

The verification of the License requires a high level of data literacy that we are building in the Open Energy Family community. Our community-driven approach to open peer review does not claim to be legally binding.
