Specify required fields to create a scenario bundle

Description of the issue

Basic Information

• Acronym
• Study name

Add other fields in other section might be to restrictive and hurdle the creation of a scenario bundle.
We will evaluate this again once more development is done. We assume that we can identify all fields that are strongly recommended for usable scenario bundles. The term "usable" relates to all additional functionality that requires data from a specific bundle to work correctly.
Additionally, an Academy course should be created that suggests a good practice to create a scenario bundle

• Implement "Study name" as required field & make required fields more visible
• Create a new Acadmey Course/Tutorial (add to course 6) that explains how to create a scenario bundle and
