Description of the issue
In the current state of the repository, the only ontology availible to download is the latest version. This is not practical in the long run as users may develop applications that are compatible with a specific versions. This hurts the A from FAIR.
Ideas of solution
Add an ontology archive to the OEP or instruct the users how can they access older versions of the ontology, I consider the latter least desirable.
