Description
As #1149 indicates, there is the need for a maintainer role and reviewer group for the Open Peer Review.
(The reviewer might not be a dedicated role ... currently it looks like it will be a user group)
- Extend the dataedit model
- assign reviewer and contributor user on first "submit review"
- Setup access-permissions
- create moderator role with admin permissions
