Description

How did you install ODM? (Docker, installer, natively, ...)?

Installer

Pix4D have features called "reoptimize" and "Rematch and Optimize".

Reoptimize -> https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202557809
Rematch and optimize -> https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202558309
Different between Reoptimize and Rematch and optimize -> https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202559359

As i understand Rematch and optimize adds more feature and matches for the images. Optimize option doesn't rematch the images and just optimize the camera positions and the internal camera parameters according to GCP point markers.

A similar feature could be added for ODM as well. I don't want to rematch images. I already have features and matches points. If you can show me a way on how it should be done, I can support you with this development.

Thank you for support.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating ODM's camera calibration and optimization pipeline, then determine how existing feature matches and GCP markers could be reused without rematching; done would mean a defined implementation and validation path for optimizing camera positions and internal parameters.
