Description

Summary

Implement the reference Windows HIDeSPI transport driver.

Dependencies

QEMU #158/#159, QEMU #$n7, HID-over-PCC contract, and Windows device ownership decision.

Acceptance criteria

Discover/version ACPI PCC, enumerate HID Class, support requests/events/timeout/retry/reset/power, provide QEMU E2E diagnostics, and document package/sign/service/release.
