Description
No USB support will be provided in a normal boot and only a USB key will be supported on a recovery boot.

Research direction
Start by mapping the entire USB support in UEFI, including the XHCI path, and identify which code is used by normal versus recovery boot. Define the minimal USB-key support required for recovery, then verify that normal boot has no USB support and recovery boot supports only a USB key.
