Description
Per the GitHub documentation for Customizing your Organization's Profile, the page displayed by ODP can be modified to show specific things by creating a profile/README.md file in the .github repo.
This task covers creating an RFC to properly discuss what that landing page should provide, properly link it to this repo for documentation, and commit the code to the repo.
Initial thoughts were based on the Zephyr project or Microsoft project.

Research direction
Start with GitHub's Customizing your Organization's Profile documentation and review the Zephyr and Microsoft organization pages for comparison. Draft an RFC defining what the OpenDevicePartnership landing page should provide, including its link to this repository, then create .github/profile/README.md and commit the agreed content. Done means the RFC is resolved and the organization profile displays the documented landing page.
