Description
Discovered while doing #5122. The script I added in that PR could resign the files, but the CA (or derived key we have, I don't remember now) of the signed files in examples/DCPS/ishapes/security expired. All the files really only need to be copied from https://github.com/omg-dds/dds-security, but I didn't do that because it's not causing a CI problem. Maybe it should though. The script I added can check files without updating them, so maybe there could be a CI job for that.

Research direction
Inspect the files in examples/DCPS/ishapes/security and the checking script added in #5122, then compare them with the corresponding files in omg-dds/dds-security. Run the script in its check-only mode to confirm the expired credentials, and finish by refreshing the files and defining whether CI should perform that check.
