Description
Problem
I want to contribute an Italian translation to OpenCut, but I’m currently waiting for the new version to be there so I can work on the right codebase.
Solution
Please point me to the correct repository, branch, or translation format so I can prepare and submit a Italian localization in the way you prefer.
Alternative
If localization is not yet ready for external contributions, I can wait and revisit it later, or prepare the translation files in advance once the workflow is defined.

Research direction
Start by confirming with maintainers which repository and branch represent the new version, and which translation format and contribution workflow OpenCut will use. This issue is complete when the localization workflow is defined well enough for an Italian translation to be prepared and submitted.
