Description
Problem
I want to contribute a Catalan translation to OpenCut, but I’m not sure which codebase or localization path is currently the right one because the project is in an active transition.
Solution
Please point me to the correct repository, branch, or translation format so I can prepare and submit a Catalan localization in the way you prefer.
Alternative
If localization is not yet ready for external contributions, I can wait and revisit it later, or prepare the translation files in advance once the workflow is defined.

Research direction
The issue does not name a repository, branch, localization file, or translation format; first confirm the current localization workflow with the maintainers. The work is defined only when they identify the correct codebase and submission format, after which a Catalan translation can be prepared there.
