Description

Platform

Arch(Latest)

Browser

Firefox

Current Behavior

Upon trying to export my 3 Gig video I checked the usage of ram which just so happened to be also 3 Gigs. Now I am no expert on how video editing software works, but isn't there a way to chop it up into segments so you can do 1 Gig x 3

Expected Behavior

For it to export my video

Recurrence Probability

Always

Steps To Reproduce

Just upload and export any 3 hour video

Anything else?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing the video export path and reproducing the issue with a 3-hour, 3 GB video on Arch using Firefox while measuring memory; done means the export completes without Linux killing the process.
