Current Behavior
After dragging a video from the upload section to the bottom edit panel, the preview is black and very jittery when I click play. This bug makes it quite difficult to edit with OpenCut because I am unable to view my work. Additionally, when the preview is unable to play, the final exported video is also black and jittery. This makes me believe it is a file upload issue.

Upload a video from your disk, and drag it to the bottom editing panel. The preview is unable to play properly!
