Bug: Timeline Playhead Z-Index Causing Layering Issues

Description

The timeline playhead's z-index was set too high, causing it to appear above other UI elements that should be in the foreground.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the video editor
  2. Play the timeline
  3. Observe the playhead overlapping with other UI elements
