Current Behavior

When scrolling vertically (up/down) and reaching to the very bottom of the left timeline, position of the left timeline doesn't sync with the scroll's current y position.

Left timeline and main timeline's scroll should sync

  1. Drop a clip. This should make 2 video components. One will have the video
  2. Scroll down to the very bottom of the timeline
