Research direction

Start by reproducing the upload flow from /projects in Safari on macOS with an MP4, then compare its behavior with Chrome. Trace the upload entry point reached by the upload button and identify where the Safari request remains at 0%. Done means MP4 uploads complete successfully in Safari without changing the existing Chrome behavior.
