Description
When installing the icloud password manager in Chrome or Vivaldi on mac, the yubikey otp entry fails. It looks to the user the [enter] isn't parsed. Manually adding a enter does not work either.
Fixed in gateway, also apply fix in RA.

Research direction
Start with the linked Stepup-Gateway issue 558 and pull request 559 to understand the fix for Apple password manager Yubikey OTP entry. Locate the corresponding RA implementation in Stepup-SelfService and verify the behavior in Chrome or Vivaldi on macOS; done means the OTP entry works without manual key presses.
