Linked to the SP dashboard ticket: https://github.com/SURFnet/sp-dashboard/issues/1414

Er is dus een (niet zo'n heel grote) wijziging in de API. Het SP en IDP Dashboard mnaken nu gebruik van Issue Types. Dat kunnen we niet meer gebruiken, en dat wordt een 'Service Request'.
