Description

This issue is imported from pivotal - Originaly created at Dec 14, 2022 by Henny Bekker

When the MFA option is set for a SP at the IdP the dashboard shows "Do not force MFA at my IdP for this service" while it should show e.g. "Multi-factor on ADFS or Azure AD"..

This error can be replicated at the TEST2 environment...

Research direction

Reproduce the incorrect MFA label in the TEST2 environment using the described IdP and SP configuration. Trace the dashboard's MFA-option display and verify that it shows the IdP-specific wording, such as “Multi-factor on ADFS or Azure AD,” instead of the generic “Do not force MFA at my IdP for this service” message.
