Tickets maken transities als er comments worden geplaatst.
Ik zie dat bij het accepteren van een koppelverzoek bij een SSI Link Invitation
'sa-jira-idpdashboard-api' eerst het ticket resolved en dan de comment toevoegt 'has accepted this LINKINVITE request. The connection in Manage is already made as the SP is configured to automatically connect without interaction'. Zie bijvoorbeeld CXT-74318.
Het ticket wordt door JIRA weer geopend omdat de comment geplaatst is na het resolven van het ticket. Dit graag omdraaien, zodat het tickt resolved blijft: Eerst commenten, dan resolven.
