[DESIGN] Link an existing entity/application in Manage to an organisation/application in Access

Use case 1: it is not uncommon for existing applications/connections to be present in manage that are not yet available via self-service (SURF Access UI). If a support question is raised for self-service access, the relevant entities must be linked to an organisation, within an Application.

Flow:

• Service Provider wants self-service for connections
• Support asks the organisation to create an organisation (and application?) within SURF Access
• Via the system panel, support looks for the connections, and associates them with the organisation and application
• ???If application does not exist, support is able to create an application on the fly. It should be able to tick the box for the contractual part???

Note that this also depends on the outcome of Move away from the concept of test and production

Use-case 2: ownership of an application changes; application (and connections) must be moved to another organisation

Use-case 3: rebranding of the Organisation. This could be the service provider, but it could also be an institution. In this scenario, the organisation’s name could simply be changed, but it might be more practical for the supplier to create a new Organisation (and migrate apps and connections), because this also involves the underlying contract with the supplier. The contract must specify the correct organisation

• via the system panel, support can move an application (including connections) to another organisation
