(Idee tijdens overleg met Hanze Hogeschool)
Maak het per rol configureerbaar (default false) of een uitnodiger een email ontvangt als de uitnodiging is geaccepteerd.
Als dit aan staat wordt na het succesvol accepteren van de uitnodiging (inclusief eventuele provisioning) een mail verstuurd aan de persoon die de uitnodiging heeft verstuurd, met daarin
- De naam van de persoon die heeft ingelogd om de uitnodiging te versturen
