Description
@ichaib would love to know when our users have signed up, but we do not have a created date in our users tables yet. Currently, the workaround is to use the created date of a consumer tied to the user.

Research direction
Start by locating the users table and its Scala model or persistence entry point, then compare it with the consumer record's existing created date.
