Description
It is the following endpoint :
http://127.0.0.1:8080/obp/v1.2/banks/{{BANK_ID}}/accounts/{{ACCOUNT_ID}}/{{VIEW_ID}}/other_accounts
take too long to return the response, if there are too many transactions

Research direction
Start by reproducing the bank accounts other_accounts endpoint with an account containing many transactions and measure where the response time is spent. Trace the endpoint to its Scala implementation and inspect the transaction and counterparty retrieval path. Done means the endpoint returns the expected counterparties without the reported delay for large transaction sets.
