Description
We currently have
protected def createCounterparty(bankId: String, accountId: String, iban: String, isBeneficiary: Boolean, counterpartyId: String): CounterpartyTrait
but should have bank scheme and address, account scheme and address (replaces iban) in parameters (basically all the fields in Counterparty)
