Description

If there are no products at a bank next message is generated:
Bad response code (400) from OBP API server: {"error":"OBP-30011: Product not found. Please specify a valid value for PRODUCT_CODE."}

@simonredfern Do we need to provide empty list as a response or an appropriate message?
