Umbrella Tree Saplings aren't compostable

Summary

Clicking on a composter while holding an umbrella tree sapling does nothing

• Launcher: Fabric 0.19.3
• Fabric API version: 0.159.0
• Any other relevant mods or datapacks you have installed: n/a
• LighterEnd config: default

But this will affect all versions

Steps to Reproduce

1. In creative mode, give yourself a composter and all of the LE saplings
2. Attempt to compost each of the saplings
3. All the saplings work except the umbrella tree sapling, which does nothing (is not consumed, does not raise composter stage)

Trivial—umbrella tree saplings are super rare (require sniffers), so why are you trying to compost them in the first place?

Noticed that umbrella tree saplings were missing from here while porting to 26.3

For now thinking I'll port over the bug (with a comment) so I don't have to bump the 26.3 version number, and then apply the fix everywhere all at once in the next release.
