Caching Issue with subgraphs

Description
It seems that subgraph nodes have a caching issue. Whenever I edit something in a workflow I use in a subgraph node and then execute the subgraph node which is linked to the workflow the old version of the workflow is executed. Restarting Chatdev seems to resolve this issue.
