Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Plan to support "oneOf" OA3 operator for dart.

Describe the solution you'd like

Absolutely the same behaviour as for other generators where oneOf support realized earlier: go, dot net.

Base support is parse "oneOf" operator within OA3 and then take a decision which dart type should be initialized.

Describe alternatives you've considered

No alternative for now.

Additional context

No any additional comments.

Research direction

No files, tests, or Dart entry points are named. Start by comparing the existing oneOf implementations in the Go and .NET generators, then trace the Dart generator to determine the required behavior; done means OA3 oneOf is parsed and the appropriate Dart type is initialized.
