Description
We're making use of an OpenAPI specification that has a header parameter called tenant-id defined for every API call. Rather than keeping hold of that value and passing it to every method as we call it, it would be simpler if we could pass it in to the constructor of the generated Client instead or have it made available as a property on the Client.
I've tried looking to see if this feature is already available as an option somewhere but wasn't able to find it

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by reviewing how the generated C# Client handles OpenAPI header parameters, constructors, and method signatures; done means a tenant-id can be configured once on the Client and is applied to each generated API call.
