[REQ] PHP Make getRequest() public

Hi

to perform real concurrent requests in guzzle i need to create a "Pool" with an array of request objects. these functions are protected and not available from outside the class, thus i can not perform concurrent async requests.

    /**
     * Create request for operation 'getV1CandidateById'
     *
     * @param  float $id (required)
     *
     * @throws \InvalidArgumentException
     * @return \GuzzleHttp\Psr7\Request
     */
    protected function getV1CandidateByIdRequest($id)

Start by locating the generated PHP client methods like getV1CandidateByIdRequest and review how they produce Guzzle request objects for Pool usage. Done means callers can access these request-building methods and use the resulting requests for concurrent asynchronous calls.
