Description

When creating a PR for this project, the last step says:

Copy the technical committee to review the pull request if your PR is targeting a particular programming language.

The list of users to mention can be quite long.

Maybe it would make sense to create GitHub teams for each language and add the users of the technical committee to the respective team in order to be able to assign PRs and issues to them and notify the whole team with a single mention.
