Research direction
Start with the Kotlin client's generated ExampleApi.create method and the supplied OpenAPI multipart/form-data request specification. Reproduce the generation using OpenAPI Generator 4.3, then trace how localVariableHeaders and the multipart content type are produced. Done means the generated client sets the expected multipart/form-data content type.
