Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
API generator should allow config option to use unknown type instead any.
The main difference between unknown and any is that unknown is much less permissive than any: we have to do some form of checking before performing most operations on values of type unknown, whereas we don't have to do any checks before performing operations on values of type any.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add additional configuration param that when passed will use type unknown in place of any

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the TypeScript generator entry points, templates, and configuration handling for emitted any types; confirm how generator options are declared and tested. Done means an option consistently substitutes unknown for any in generated TypeScript output, with coverage for the new configuration behavior.
