Debug mode additional property is missing for python flask generator.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have this additional property in order to enable flask live reload feature.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I used to manually edit generated code, adding the flag in __main__.py,. I also edited the template but it's not a smart solution.
