Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The openapi-generator generates a (or more - dependent on the generator) correspondent source module for every tag that I specify in the API specification.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have an option that allows me to enable/disable the consideration of the tags in the API specification.
If I'd disable the consideration, the generator would create the server as if no flag has been set at all.
Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction
Start by tracing how OpenAPI tags are read and how they determine generated source modules, then review existing generator options and their tests. Define the option's behavior for enabled and disabled tag consideration, including the default, and add coverage showing that disabling it matches generation with no tag selection.
