Extract reproducers.zip and run openapi-generator-cli validate -i bundle.oas3.yaml to reproduce the reported error. Read the linked swagger-parser issue 1063 and pull request 1065 to understand the external $ref validation behavior. Done means the reproducer no longer reports a false duplicate-parameter error.
