Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the PHP client is using classes with public constants, however since PHP 8.1 Enum-s are supported by the language.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to have proper Enums in the generated PHP client instead of constants

Research direction

Start by locating the PHP client generator templates or entry points that emit classes with public constants, then inspect the existing generated-client tests. Done means generated PHP clients use native PHP 8.1 enums instead of constant-based classes, with generation tests covering the new output.
