Description
If you use library with the spring-http-interface value, useBeanValidation and performBeanValidation are always false. Consequently, validation annotations are not generated in DTO classes.
If you use spring-cloud, everything works correctly.

Start with the Spring generator configured with library spring-http-interface and compare its handling of useBeanValidation and performBeanValidation with the spring-cloud library. Generate DTOs from the provided configuration and verify that enabling both options produces validation annotations, matching the reported expected behavior.
