Description
We will build this project based on JDK17 as part of the upcoming major release v8.0.0.
Output from generators (e.g. Java client) is not impacted by this change, which means if the output (e.g. Java clients) defaults to JDK11 (even though it has reached EOL), it will continue to do so.
