Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running the openapi-generator-cli through //go:generate there is currently no way to pass a go fmt to it as go:generate doesn't support env variables.
Describe the solution you'd like
add a option to supply the GO_POST_PROCESS_FILE through the parameter directly e.g. //go:generate openapi-generator-cli --enable-post-process-file=GO_POST_PROCESS_FILE='go fmt'
Describe alternatives you've considered
wrap the command with a shell script which feels clunks

Research direction
The issue names openapi-generator-cli, //go:generate, and the file post-processing documentation as starting points. Read the CLI parameter handling and post-processing flow, then verify that a direct parameter can pass GO_POST_PROCESS_FILE='go fmt' when generating Go code; done means the option works without a wrapper script.
