[REQ] typescript-axios: option to sort interface members alphabetically

typescript-axios generator often generates confusing/meaningless diffs because interface members are unstable / not sorted alphabetically. it makes it hard to distinguish added and removed lines with line changes.

add an OPT-IN option to sort interface members alphabetically, so the sorting is always stable.

an userspace workaround exists but it's an eslint plugin and is often quite slow for large generated typescript files: https://github.com/infctr/eslint-plugin-typescript-sort-keys

i'm interested in opening a PR.

Start with the typescript-axios generator entry point and review how its options are defined and interface members are emitted. Confirm the opt-in setting sorts members alphabetically while leaving default generation unchanged, and add coverage alongside the generator's existing tests.
