no constructors even generateConstructorWithAllArgs and generatedConstructorWithRequiredArgs are "true"

openapi-generator version

id "org.openapi.generator" version "7.1.0"

OpenAPI declaration file content or url

(can add only txt - sorry)

Yaml: axenapi-be.txt

Build: build.txt
use spring generator. set

    generatedConstructorWithRequiredArgs: "true" 
Steps to reproduce

Create simple java gradle project. add openapi-genertor-plugin . use my specifiaction. set generateConstructorWithAllArgs and generatedConstructorWithRequiredArgs as "true"

constructor with all arguments shoud be generated (i do not need use lombok, i want to generate it)
