[REQ] Missing androidTarget in Kotlin Multiplatform

The androidTarget() is missing in the generation of kotlin multiplatform code, as well as proguard rules.

proguard-rules.pro:

-dontwarn java.lang.invoke.StringConcatFactory

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually add to gradle config.

Locate the generator template or entry point that produces build.gradle.kts, then inspect how Kotlin Multiplatform configuration is generated. Check the generated Android configuration against the requested androidTarget() and proguard-rules.pro contents; done means generated output includes both changes.
