Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am frustrated when i need to post process the files and need to set environment variables to do it.
Since it is hard to set them in maven

Describe the solution you'd like

add configuration for what is usually handled with environment variables exs: KOTLIN_POST_PROCESS_FILE
or
add support for setting environment variables, eks :

<environmentVariables>
  <KOTLIN_POST_PROCESS_FILE>
    som/path/to/file.sh
  </KOTLIN_POST_PROCESS_FILE>
</environmentVariables>

Describe alternatives you've considered

Setting environment variables before build:
Adds a lott of errors and overhead when all developers needs to remember to set them

Research direction

No source files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the Maven generator configuration and how post-processing environment variables are currently supplied; done should include a documented XML configuration for values such as KOTLIN_POST_PROCESS_FILE and coverage of the resulting build behavior.
