[BUG] [JAVA] Wrong Enum name generated

Description

The enum constants names are being cut off when they have the equals first parts before an underline.

Install operaapi-generator-cli and run the command above

Start by reproducing the generation command with the issues.yml file from the attached archive and inspect the Java generator's enum-name handling. Add a regression test for enum values with shared text before an underscore, then verify that DIAS_UTEIS and DIAS_CORRIDOS generate as distinct constants.
