[BUG][JAVA-WIREMOCK] response code ranges are not supported

Description

In the java-wiremock generator, response codes like "4XX" lead to uncompilable output.
The spec says such response codes are valid.

Start with the java-wiremock generator and the supplied OpenAPI example containing a 4XX response, then generate the output and compile it to reproduce the failure. Done means response-code ranges produce compilable Java output while preserving the valid response definition.
