Description

openapi-generator validate -i "..." --recommend shows errors and warnings. But it returns non-zero status only if there is an error.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add parameter --fail-on-warning. If there will be any waning, exit the process with non-zero code (might be different compared to failing on errors).

Research direction

Start with the openapi-generator validate command and trace its existing error and warning handling, including how it determines the process exit status. Implement the --fail-on-warning behavior and verify it with a specification that produces a warning: normal validation should retain its current status, while the option should return non-zero.
