Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When an Exception is created on the openApi this one does not implement Serialization pattern. This throw warnings when you try to heritate. Because does not have constructor with arguments SerializationInfo and StreamingContext.
Describe the solution you'd like
Any exception created should have [Serialization] attribute and have a constructor which has SerializationInfo and StreamingContext parameters and pass them to base constructor.
